Travel to Natural history museum london?

Post by Guest on Mon 28 Jun 2010 - 1:20

I want to take the family to the Natural History Museum in London. I
live in Nottingham and want to drive there. My question is: are there
any travelodges/premier Inns on the outskirts of London where I can
park/stay overnight but also have access to the tube into London?

Alternatively, can anyone recommend somewhere, that I can park the car
for the day and catch the tube to the museum? Watford has been
suggested?

Any advice much appreciated as I don't know London at all.
